Use it Nightly
Ive been using this app for almost 3 months, and it makes an amazing difference in being able to fall asleep at night. Over time, I found it gets progressively more effective, to the point now where Ill typically be asleep in 3-5 minutes, as compared to 1-2 hours previously. Plus, if I wake up during the night, then I just turn it back on, and it works again. For the latest version, the backgrounding is a welcome feature.
